Autumn 2015 Favourites <3

October, November, December 2015 Favourites

After my awful blog problems this year, I’ve decided to group up my October/November/December favourites into a more general Autumn favourites. These past few months have had their ups and downs – but you could say that it was all eclipsed by the moment when I visited my first Luxembourgish Christmas market, mulled wine in hand, standing in front of a fire, when it started snowing. It was glorious.

November 2014 Favourites <3

November has been quite a month. I’ve graduated Doctor of Laws (and officially gotten my Maltese Proofreading warrant), I’ve told most of the people in my life about the Big Fat Decision that I’ve taken, and my boyfriend has moved to another country for a new job. So many changes, but I’ve been surprisingly calm and happy. And I’ve had some wonderful fun this month.

Pictured favourites!

  • The Imitation Game by Ian McEwan – while I was reading this book (consisting of three plays written by Ian McEwan), it took me ages to realise that there’s a film out right now with the same name (and dealing with the same general story!) – I adore McEwan. Favourite author, yes.
  • Sleek blusher palette in Pink Lemonade – I bought this from a new shop in Valletta, and I totally get the hype.
  • Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Treatment concealer – lovely to cover up the darkness under my eyes after nights of fun and celebration.
  • Maybelline Baby Lips (Cherry Me) – perfect lip balm, with the prettiest tint – it makes me look like actually have lipstick on.

The next time I compile this post, I’m going to be knee-deep in packing for the big move to Luxembourg. So exciting. Hope everyone has an excellent month!
